Property Management

We have several rental properties that we manage, with a large selection including Single Family homes as well as Duplexes. If we currently have any properties available for rent you will find them at the bottom of this page.  If you do not see any properties on this page, that means we do not have any available for rent at this time.  Feel free to submit an application at any time. 

- Rental Application -

Please click above to submit an application to lease one of our properties. An application must be submitted if you are interested in leasing one of our properties. Applications are viewed in a first come, first serve manner. Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be chosen to lease a property nor does it mean you must lease the property you have applied for, if you were chosen. 

-Rental Repair Request -

Please click above to complete a Repair Request if you currently rent from us. Submitting a Repair Request will send the information to the property owner for review. Repair Request will have to be accepted before being completed, owner will review and determine if Repair Request is reasonable and if so will be in contact with you.
